Transactions
Dividends
This month I received dividends from the following companies:
Walmart ($WMT) - Quarterly dividend - $0.54 per share
Innovative Industrial Properties ($IIPR) - Quarterly dividend - $1.24 per share
Realty Income ($O) - Monthly dividend - $0.23 per share
My policy is to reinvest all dividends received back into my portfolio.
Acquisitions
This month I added to my positions in the following companies:
Fiverr ($FVRR)
Cloudflare ($NET)
AbbVie ($ABBV)
In addition, I opened a starter position in two new companies.
DocuSign, Inc. ($DOCU)
DocuSign is a company that allows organizations to manage electronic agreements. DocuSign first pioneered the development of e-signature technology and is the undisputed leader in this space with an estimated 70% market share.
However, DocuSign is much more than that and helps organizations connect and automate how they prepare, sign, act on, and manage agreements. As part of the DocuSign “Agreement Cloud”, organizations can manage the entire life cycle of contracts and documents. The e-signature market alone is expected to reach $25 billion and with the inclusion of the Agreement Cloud doubling it to $50 billion. I will be publishing my full investment thesis on DocuSign so stay tuned for that over the next couple of weeks.
Foley Trasimeme Acquisition Corp. ($BFT)
This company is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) that has agreed a merger with Paysafe. I am far from a SPAC expert but Paysafe very much fits my investing style in terms of digital payments and the war on cash. This is a relatively small position for me and I am using this investment to accelerate my SPAC knowledge with skin in the game. You can check out the thread on Twitter below for more information.
